eLuxurie was started by Gia Hamel (Gigi) with the desire to bring the joy of luxurious items to everyone in a sustainable and eco-friendly way.
Gia got her start in the fashion industry at the age of 20 while living in Hollywood, California setting up at the Fairfax flea market! After more than a decade of exploring different retail endeavors, studying fashion systems, professional modeling, and learning to care for/maintain furs, Gigi decided it was time to open eLuxurie boutique – Her innovative take on luxury fashion.

Our planet is just that, “ours!” It is each one of our jobs to make sure we take care of it as best we can. Fashion is one of the many industries that can take a serious toll, so it is up to us as designers AND consumers to find increasingly effective ways to keep our industry going while reducing the negative impact it can have on our home. That is why it is so important to make sure you have sustainable clothing.
Sustainable clothing is custom made and DIY clothing, rentals and leases, preowned and restoration; there are many ways to reduce the overall impact of fashion and every day we discover new, creative ways to do this. Here at eLuxurie, we specialize in reusing, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining existing furs for the good of the planet. So many wonderful pieces fall apart due to being neglected or forgotten, so we take the approach to restore and reuse the amazing pieces we already have! Sustainable clothing meets luxury and designer.
