Shipping policy:
USPS/United States Postal Service is our main courier service. You'll receive a tracking number within 1-3 days of placing your order with us. We insure packages over $500 automatically. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Happy shopping!
Return+Refund policy:
At Eluxurie Atelier, we take pride in offering carefully curated vintage fur coats, designer handbags, and luxury accessories.
We accept return requests on eligible items within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition received, unworn, unaltered, free of odors, and with all original tags or documentation included.
Due to the specialized nature of vintage fur garments, approved returns of fur coats and fur accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items marked as Final Sale, clearance/final clearance, or items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via company email at info@shopeluxurie.com. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
